Joe is not only an incredible realtor, but also such an incredible person. We came to him needing to get into a house as quickly as possible & he immediately starting working diligently to not only get us in a home quickly, but to make sure it was the best possible fit for us. He was quick to point out both pros & cons of each place we saw, building so much trust with each property we looked at. It wasn’t just a sell to him & we could feel that he wanted us to be truly happy. He treated us with so much kindness & support through the entire experience. We absolutely love our home & I could not recommend Joe more highly!

I’ve known Joe for years so I knew he would be a good man for the job. My Fiancee and I were buying our first home and from start to finish Joe went above and beyond to do everything he could to help us find the right house. Most realtors just want to close the transaction but Joe was super transparent and guided us through pros and cons of each different home we checked out. He had a ton of knowledge about the market and was fantastic during the negotiations with the seller we ended up buying from. He also answered the phone day and night and was always there for us if we had questions or wanted to check out a property last minute. If you want a super knowledgeable, honest, hardworking realtor, I can’t think of a better choice.

I have never done an online review before, but Joseph is a rare gem that deserves to be recognized . If I could give Joseph 100 stars, I would. He has incredible work ethic, and he went above and beyond to find the perfect house for me. Joseph Arena truly surpassed what I thought a realtor could/would do for his client. From the beginning, he was thorough in his questions to set up a search for me of homes that fit my description. That week we were already looking at some homes to see how they felt in person. There was one in particular that I responded well to. He drew up an offer that we felt was negotiable and it was accepted. From there he gave me the play by play of everything I had to do so that everything would go smoothly and referred me to different specialists for inspections. Even after the loan started to go south because of the original lenders he was always there for any questions and emotional support. I really felt Joseph was on my side fighting for this to happen. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and even on closing day was there to make sure everything went well. Cannot recommend him enough for all of your home buying needs. From beginning to end he will make sure you are taken of and happy in your new home. He is a true professional with the perfect mix of welcoming, supportive energy to make you feel cared for every step of the way.
