Joe Blazovic has been successfully investing in the lower Fairfield County real estate market for the past five years. Prior to moving to Rowayton in 2001, he enjoyed a successful sales career in Software and Communications. More recently, he joined Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties to leverage his extensive sales experience and expertise. It was a natural transition for him.

As part of the Berkshire Hathaway’s Rowayton team, he’s uniquely positioned to help friends and colleagues recognize their real estate dreams utilizing Berkshire’s powerful marketing strategies, the depth of his Rowayton team’s experience and his natural exuberance for a deal well done.

Joe is woven into the fabric of the Rowayton community. He’s a familiar and dynamic figure around town, having served as a Bell Island Board Member, coaching his children’s baseball teams and a variety of volunteer positions.

Joe and his wife Patty currently live on Bell Island where they are actively involved in community and family life, raising their young children Luke and Natalie Blazovic.
