Josh Brown has obtained extensive real estate experience in multiple fields throughout his career. Starting with land developments throughout the South East in 2012, he continues to be involved in development projects today. The knowledge that he has gained through these developments continues to aid in the purchase and sale of vacant land and lots.

Josh also concentrates on residential, foreclosure sales, remodels, and resales. He has in depth knowledge of banking procedures, inspections, and all necessary steps involved in making sure all sales make it to the closing table smoothly. Commercial hospitality sales are also among Josh’s specialties. Navigating the extensive processes involved in the transfer of franchise properties have become very familiar. Representing and assisting both sellers and buyers in the transfer of these properties is always rewarding.

Spanning multiple areas of expertise in a concentrated period has given Josh the confidence to help you in any area of your real estate needs. Josh and his wife, Jacqueline Kiker Brown, are active in the Blue Ridge Community. Josh joined RE/MAX Town & Country in 2016 and is also licensed in North Carolina.
