Joseph Bucher

Joseph is a Commercial Real Estate Agent concentrating in Industrial and Manufacturing facilities in the Shenandoah Valley.

Joseph thoroughly understands industrial requirements and demands. He has many years of production experience, including owning and operating a thriving engineering consulting business. The business works with numerous local and national companies in their logistics, warehousing, operational flow and capacity.

Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Joseph graduated from Turner Ashby High School and Bridgewater College. Later he served eight years active duty with the NAVY SEALS, specializing in intel and communications. The SEALS taught Joseph his hard work ethic and determined mentality - qualities he brings to every project.

Joseph, his wife Rachel, and their four boys love living in the Shenandoah Valley. They enjoy all sports and being outside. Joseph has competed in several extreme sports challenges, including the Frogman Half Ironman in California.
