Working with Joe was great.

He helped us sell our mother’s house. She lived there for 62 years and the house needed some work before we could put it on the market. Joe knew all the right people to help get the house ready for the sale.

I managed the process remotely and had to rely on Joe to help get a lot of things done. The sale went very smoothly. Even as the market was starting to soften, we got what we wanted out of the sale.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Joseph Cacciato. He sold us our family home 30 years ago and it was a great experience. Now once again he sold that same home and helped us find a wonderful townhouse that we can retire in. Joe is always so professional. He listens to every concern we had and always worked so incredibly hard to allay our fears. He was always there to do all of the hard work that other realtors sometimes drop the ball. He stays calm under pressure and always has a level head but makes you feel that you are well taken care of. Joe is personable and reassuring and prepared. It was not easy going through all of these steps because of COVID but Joe went out of his way to make my husband and I feel safe and comfortable. Joe is always thinking, thinking about what we wanted and needed and how he could deliver for us. Joe is an excellent realtor, I can’t thank him enough for his patience, determination, experience and knowledge. Joe makes you feel like no one in the world is more important than you.
