Joseph Carter

Joseph, a Philadelphia native and started his career after graduating college working for Fortune 500 companies in Financial Services & Banking. His father was a residential builder in Bucks County, so his interest in real estate started at a young age. In 2006, he pursued his dream of becoming a Realtor located on the Main Line, a suburb of Philadelphia. Then in 2009, he moved himself and his business to center city and he’s been helping Buyers and Sellers alike for the past 14 years in and around Philadelphia. During this time, he’s worked in almost every neighborhood and has sold condo's, single-family and multi-family homes totaling over $115 million in sales and 200+ transactions.

Joseph’s strengths are being able to leverage his business background and strong market knowledge while remaining focused on his clients' needs throughout the process. Real estate is a passion at this point and something that he continues to pursue and enjoy every day.
