Joe helped us buy/sell three homes, and the process for each was even easier than the last. He has extensive knowledge of all the Southwest Florida towns and communities. We looked at A LOT of houses during our previous home search. Joe patiently took us to each, and followed up with any questions we had regarding the communities, schools, etc. He’s honest, professional and simply a pleasure to work with. Joe Casella was very well organized when taking us around the Cape Coral area. We only had two days to find a home, he listened to our needs and wants and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Joe is very knowledgeable and answered our many questions thoroughly, honestly and patiently. He walked us through the process of making an offer, negotiating and finally closing on the property. He returned calls and texts very quickly and with my living out of state and trying to find a house in Florida, he was my eyes and ears and was more than willing to go see homes and walk me thru them on FaceTime. He’s so competent and trustworthy and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is committed to customer satisfaction and excellent at what he does. He knows the FL market very well (his knowledge of Cape Coral was an added bonus). I previously lived in the Chicago region and then Charlotte,NC --I really struggled with the FL market due to amenities I had to give up from up North... BUT Joe was extremely patient and did everything he could to accommodate us while we looked over this last year. A paragraph is not enough room to describe how happy we are with our home purchase. I would highly recommend him (if your new to FL --everyone has a friend who is in the real estate business) but few will go the extra mile like Joe does.

When we first interviewed Joe during construction—we liked everything he had to say however, upon completion decided to list with another agent who told us we could get more money for the house. Joe was wonderful. He was extremely patient with me as I was all over the place about knowing exactly what I was looking for and could afford. He showed me property from ranches all the way out in Alva, to many many homes in the Cape Coral area til one morning he emailed me and texted "this is the one!" And it was! The PERFECT retirement home for me. He was there for me from the beginning, through all the closing and afterwards helping me with minor improvements. Joe have a solid understanding of the market in this southwest area and I couldn't ask for a better realtor for anyone.

Excellent communication. The property that he sold for me was a rental duplex and he dealt well and considerately with the tenants. He kept me informed and explained the process as we went through it. He sold the property and I was very satisfied with the results.
