I'm a full-time broker/agent with 14 years of hands-on experience. As an independent brokerage firm, we don’t accept any kickbacks or referral fees from vendors. Sounds normal, right? But many big-box brokerages have ownership interests in title companies, lenders, home inspection firms, or the contractors that they recommend. We do not. My team and I never lose sight of who we work for - our clients' interests are our primary concern.

My previous career as a bank examiner for 16 years gives me invaluable experience & knowledge regarding mortgages and creative ways to finance a property.
