Joe, gave very sound advice about the current housing market. With that advice it was very easy to determine the correct price. After our receiving an offer you sweat out will your home actually appraise at the price it was sold. In every case Joe was extremely accurate. There was nothing to worry about. Never met a realtor even close to being as positive, gifted, and talented as Joe. Especially amazed as he is only in his 3rd year as a realtor. We had a very complicated sale but came to finish w/all parties happy and satisfied. I can find no fault with anything Joe handled and was thankful for all he did for my wife and I.
