Joseph Champagne

Joe has generated over $270 million in sales and has listed hundreds of homes over the course of his career. Chicago Agent Magazine ranked him in the Top 20 Highest Producing Agents in DuPage County for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. While Joe collaborates with clients throughout the Greater Chicagoland area, his primary business serves the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Consistently, he leads the Glen Ellyn and Wheaton, Illinois markets in sales volume, sales price to listing price variance and number of days on the market.

In 2012, he formed The Champagne Realty Group. The group has closed over $120 Million in Volume with 335 Transactions for 2013 through 2016 alone.
Joe attended grammar and high school in Wheaton. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where he received a football scholarship. He is an avid golfer and runner. To date, he has completed six Chicago marathons. Him and his wife live in Glen Ellyn with their two children.
