Joseph Chilcote is a top notch Realtor. It was a genuine pleasure working with his entire team. We were first time buyers and he landed us our dream home!! In this market, it truly says something about his commitment, knowledge, and even more, personality. Even the seller’s Realtor couldn’t stop boasting what a pleasure it was to work with him. We hit all of our marks before their scheduled dates, and closed escrow way quicker than we had expected. Any time a question or concern came up he was quick to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, and when needed remedied any issues. He was extremely genuine, and honest, and felt like he treated us how he would treat his own family. We couldn’t recommend him any stronger.

Joseph helped our son and daughter-in-law buy a new home. They had a very positive experience and recommended him to us when we wanted to sell our home. We just went into escrow and the experience up to now has been excellent. We really couldn’t be more pleased.

Joseph was amazing! He made us feel like we were his first priority and was very attentive to our needs while at the same time remaining respectful of our space. Joseph was responsive and honest about the properties we were interested in but didn't let his own opinion get in the way of our preferences.
