Joseph was our realtor for 3 years for rental properties. As an agent representing both sides of a transaction, he was fair to both parties. If you are looking for an agent that is down to earth, understands your needs, and is honest, Joseph is your guy. Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Joseph Cordi was professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! JOE explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board. This made it really easy to move into Long Beach in less than 2 month. It was like having a friend that was on the inside working for you! He was ethical , friendly and patient without being over bearing or pushy! He knows how to get the job done!

As a first time homebuyer, Joseph was a pleasure to work with. I began my home search way before the pandemic started and Joseph was there from beginning to end.
These are especially trying times with the housing market but Joseph was there every step of the way. When the pandemic started, there were no more open houses. Joseph had to be there with me at every single showing and we went to countless homes. Being a night shift ICU nurse, my schedule is a little awkward and I preferred to visit all these homes in the morning. Joseph was very accommodating to my schedule. He even went to a few homes for me, surveyed and took pictures when I wasn’t able to. He helped me place more offers than I had intended on making. When I didn’t get them, he was encouraging and reminded me that I’d get the house I’d want.
Joseph is very laid back and easy to get along with, but he definitely has your back when things are looking questionable. Once he gets to know your taste, he understands what you’re looking for. He gives his honest input based on your taste and doesn’t try to just sell you a house.
Communication with him is very easy. He’s always available through text, email or phone call. There would be times if text him late at night and he’d be able to answer.
Besides getting the benefit of having a hardworking realtor, if you go with Joseph through the Realty Plus program with Navy Federal you get cash back. I was able to get a few thousand back. I didn’t even use Navy Federal for my loan, but I still was able to take advantage of this great opportunity.
I’d highly recommend Joseph if you’re looking for a home or trying to sell one.

Joseph was so helpful throughout the process of buying a home. My wife and I were first time buyers, and really had no idea what we were doing. Joseph was patient with us and explained the process, putting up with all our questions and concerns. He was available 24/7 and never complained about all the times we asked him to setup walkthroughs or contact sellers. When we finally found a house we had a very odd and contentious buying process even after the offer was accepted (the escrow agent and seller BOTH apologized about the selling agent afterwards and said how they didn't realize how difficult she was being). Jospeh was a bulldog, defending us every step of the way and fighting for us. I felt confident with him on our side and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
