JD puts the "Real" in Real Estate. Me and my wife were nervous with the thought of buying our first home in an aggressive sellers market but JD stood by us every step of the way. He answered all our questions and made himself available and accessible 24/7. After finding what me and my wife call our forever home JD rolled up his sleeves and went to work for us. I was referred to JD by a friend. A realtor that is passionate about his career and is very knowledgeable.I was actively searching for over a year due to various circumstances and not once did he give up on me as a client.He responds quickly to all questions and concerns. He also makes you aware of contract status once submitted. Thanks to this realtor for never giving up on me. I was able to close on my house in less than 30 days once my final bid was accepted. Joseph Defrancisco is the definition of the word professional. My wife and I took about a year and a half to finally pick the right home for us. Joseph never rushed us, he never tried to sell us a home based on its features, he’d simply say if you don’t like it “on to the next house”. His patience and expertise help us to find the home of our dreams. He has also been there for me since my closing, when I ask my ridiculous first time home buyer questions. If I know of any friends looking to buy in Connecticut, I’m referring them to Joseph.
