About Joseph
Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Staging, Home Building, Home Renovation, Flipping Specialist
It could easily be said that real estate is in my DNA. Both my grandfathers were Realtors and real estate brokers. My father and mother have been investing in real estate since their twenties. My mother is a Realtor and my wife is a Realtor. My father-in-law is a realtor. All of my cousins and uncles work and invest in real estate both commercial and residential.
As for myself, I have been investing in and flipping properties since I was 19 years old... and I have been selling real estate for over a decade now.
I LOVE THIS INDUSTRY! And that means residential AND commercial properties. You will never meet anyone else who lives/eats/breathes real estate more than me...
I work excellently with millennials. I understand the eagerness and the anxiety that first-time buyers experience during the process... I do not hide the commitment (and enjoyment) that is involved in owning a home... as I have said, I have been a home owner since I was 19... so I REALLY do know the pride of ownership and maintenance considerations that come with home ownership.
For more experienced buyers, I understand the balancing act of selling an existing home while also looking for that perfect upgrade house that better suits a growing family. The cashflow issues for this set of transactions requires measured support from a Realtor, and I am that guy. This is true also for more mature buyers who need to sell their larger house so they can start enjoying life with a home on a smaller footprint. This generation of downsizers includes my parents and all their wonderful friends whom I have known all my life, so I take great pride in connecting with their home considerations.
In regard to investing, I can help you with everything from estimating renovation costs to analyzing cap rates, I can help you determine when to buy, when to sell, and when to hold (rent).
Finally, I had the great good fortune to start my real estate career in the commercial sector, having worked with a well-known local commercial developer for a few years. Even today, I apply what I learned during those days as I work with businesses that need to lease or buy properties for their growing needs. And, the strongest validation for my expertise in the commercial arena is that I am not only on the Atlanta Board of Realtors, I am also on the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
Like I said, "I love Real Estate!"
I am closing in on $20 million in properties in the last few years and absolutely believe you will be delighted that you gave me a call... and I will be equally delighted to work with you!
And don’t forget to check out my reviews
