He was incredibly responsive, answering my many texts immediately in most cases. He has a great personality and is fun to be around. During my loan approval process, which was slow and complicated, he stayed in touch with my lender and made me feel secure that I knew where I stood at all times. Let me start by saying if you want a realtor who’s going to bend every which way to satisfy you, Joseph is the man! I listed a rental property that I wanted to sell with Joe. The house had a tenant in the home. I thought it would be a challenge selling the house being occupied, but Joe scheduled showings around the tenants schedule and made it very easy for me and the tenant.
