I've been a Realtor for over 25 years in Northern Virginia and while I've won dozens of awards, I am most proud of the fact that over 85% of my business is from past clients and referrals.

I work with buyers and sellers needing to move for various reasons including relocation and life events. I have always enjoyed assisting first time buyers and helping them build the solid financial foundation that owning real estate brings.

As an investor myself, I particularly enjoy helping others build and expand their portfolio. If you want to invest outside of Northern Virginia, I have a terrific network of investor oriented agents throughout the country. I am also practiced in using self directed
IRAs for real estate investing.

I have extensive experience working probates and estates. My goal is to make the executor's job as easy as possible. With systems and procedures in place to avoid surprises, I can lighten the burden of those left with the responsibility to sell the home.
