About Joseph

Hi my name is Joe Fackler, I have lived on Long Island all my life. My wife and I have two beautiful girls. I am very involved in my community which I believe is important to give back. A lot of my personal time is spent coaching soccer and baseball. I have found that being a good listener and understanding my buyers and sellers needs leads to a more pleasant and efficient transaction. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship with my buyers and sellers. In my opinion the more informed they are the better prepared they are to make important decisions. In doing so I dedicate myself to use the most up to date marketing tools and keep myself abreast of the market conditions and inventory available.
