Raised in Houston, Texas Joey moved to Sandpoint, Idaho in 2005 after completing a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing in Durango, Colorado. Once he discovered North Idaho’s friendly small-town atmosphere and the abundance of activities on the surrounding lakes and mountains, making the move to the Sandpoint area was an easy decision. As an avid water-ski and water sports enthusiast when Joey is not helping buyers or sellers accomplish their real estate goals, he is most likely out on one of our many beautiful lakes or rivers. After 10 plus years of owning and operating his own businesses Joey brings extensive marketing and entrepreneurial experience to Real Estate.
