I have been working in New York real estate since 2002. In that time I have gone from novice to expert to owning my own company for 13 years with my wife and partner, Joanne Heyman. In 2020, I sold the company and struck out in a new direction: I formed The Advanced Home Team to navigate the changing real estate market.
In 2024, we joined Compass of Greater NY in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and it has been great!
My feeling is there is no problem that cannot be solved and no need that cannot be fully addressed.
