At the end of the day, selling a home isn’t easy. Hoops and fears and all the stuff in between is beyond stressful while also trying to move on to something new and exciting! Kelly and Joe helped me immensely with both selling and buying properties. These transactions can be so stressful but having them in my corner made all the difference. They are with you every step of the way. Communication is constant and clear. Our situation was very unique and challenging. We had to sell our home which needed much work, while purchasing another. Up front, I went through over 10 other realtors at first. We then set up time with Joe and Best Real Estate Brokerage. He came to our home and listened to our situation. He put us as ease and created a game plan.
