Joseph is a Fresno native, a Fair Housing Advocate, and the former Co-Chair of the Fresno Association of Realtors Fair Housing Committee. Both Joe and Cynthia are At Home With Diversity certified, and both have received a Professional Certificate in Local Government and Community from Pepperdine University's Davenport Institute.
