Based in Satellite Beach, Joseph Jordan brings over 20 years of real estate investment and marketing experience to buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients throughout Florida. In 2018, he was the #1 producer at Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage in the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® MLS, and in 2017 he was the #1 producer at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Property Place in Brevard County. Prior to that, he served as Marketing Director for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Property Place.
Joseph was an early pioneer in real estate video marketing long before it became mainstream. His listings have been featured on HGTV, Mansion Global, Robb Report, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNN, MarketWatch, Yahoo! Finance, and many other national and international media outlets.
Prior to real estate, Joseph owned Dental Technology Direct, serving dentists throughout Florida with technology and cybersecurity products and services. He also worked with Patterson Companies (NASDAQ: PDCO), where he specialized in dental technology integration and operations management.
His marketing and technology background includes work with brands such as Match Group (NASDAQ: MTCH), Vonage Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: VG), Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC), Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL), and Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE: BBY). In 1996, he helped develop an early artificial intelligence sales platform featuring one of the first web-based chatrooms used for online sales.
Joseph is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics and is a United States Navy OEF veteran who served during the Global War on Terrorism working with advanced military technology systems on P-3 Orion and E-2 Hawkeye aircraft.
He holds multiple professional real estate designations and certifications through the National Association of REALTORS® and REALTORS® Business Institute, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®).
He lives in Titusville and works from his primary office in Satellite Beach, with additional offices serving Altamonte Springs, Palm Beach County, the Tampa area, and Northeast Florida. During the 2008 real estate crash, Joseph saw tremendous opportunity in the Space Coast and believes the region is becoming the “Silicon Valley of Space.”
