Joe moved to Arizona from New Jersey in 1996 and has been involved in real estate since 1998. Joe participates in working with several charities in Arizona and is also an avid road biker and hiker.
His ability to get deals done where they are WIN-WIN propositions for all parties involved is one of his many strong suits. He is active in the residential and land markets. Joe has also developed a 32-unit town home project in Show Low, Arizona. He enjoys working with move up buyers, those individuals who are looking for that unique home, as well as anyone seeking investment opportunities in the REO and Short Sale markets. The ability to market residential properties in all types of markets is an opportunity Joe relishes.
Joe also is one of the few real estate consultants that holds the special designation of Certified Scottsdale Real Estate Specialist. He also has achieved his CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert) to help those that are facing challenging times being under water based on current valuations. He has also earned the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family especially his two young granddaughters. As one of his clients recently remarked, “Joe’s ability to keep a deal together along with his sharp wit and sense of humor made buying our home in Scottsdale a lot of fun. He really helped us manage our angst during the whole buying process.”
