Joe is an incredible realtor and great person to work with. We worked with him over 1.5 years with a gap in between so we could save more for our ideal home. When we came back on the market, Joe had all the details about what we were looking for and found properties for us to see. He gave concrete advice on things to check for, things to avoid and provided his opinion on the homes we looked at, as well as the best offer to make based on comps. He is very efficient and respectful of his clients time, always providing us with everything up front he could think of and I never felt like there was a wasted minute when working with Joe. If you are looking for a realtor to help you with your home, stop reading and give Joe a call, you won't regret it.

Joe was a really great help through the whole process. I was selling my home and buying another across the country and he was a big help in coordinating the whole evolution.
He was with me all the way, and had great backup with Coldwell Banker. You can't go wrong with that combination.
