Joe followed his parents into commercial real estate over thirty years ago. His expertise with complex development projects requiring innovation, market knowledge and community relationships has led Joe to participate in over $100 million commercial sales and lease transactions in southern Maine alone.

A recognized industry leader for decades, Joe has in-depth experience and established connections in all aspects of real estate development and investment. A lifelong Maine resident, Joe and his wife Ann-Marie live in Portland. They have three grown children. An avid world-wide skier, Joe and his family can be found at Sugarloaf whenever possible.
