Hello, I’m Joseph Puck McNay—a lifelong Cincinnati native and real estate specialist.
The importance of real estate is often reduced to location, location, location. Thought my focus is knowing this city far beyond the map. I understand its streets and neighborhoods, but also its rhythms, culture, and—most importantly—the people and trends that shape long-term value here.
I’ve personally, organized and produced more than 2,500+ concerts, art shows, festivals, public events, and across Cincinnati. This includes work at Fountain Square & Washington Park with 3CDC, as well as countless venues throughout Downtown, Northside, Clifton, and beyond. I currently co-host ‘Nati Know-It-All, an all-Cincinnati trivia night at Arnold’s, the city’s oldest bar. That level of on-the-ground involvement has given me an up-close perspective on how people actually live, gather, and connect in the Queen City.
In the real estate front I’ve handled many transactions from high end condos in East Walnut Hills, to converted factories in Northside that became living spaces, and to quaint and comfortable starter homes for first time buyers in Westwood.
Cincinnati is unique in its balance—major-league sports, a strong arts and food scene, deep neighborhood pride, and a powerful sense of history. Many people grow up here, return here, or choose to stay for life, and those roots directly influence how our real estate market behaves.
For me, real estate is never just about square footage or zip codes. It’s about the details that create real value: school communities, walkable streets, local parks, corner bars, street markets, and the character that gives each neighborhood its flair.
Beyond real estate, I bring decades of experience in home building, design, and renovation, along with a background in small business ownership and youth leadership. I’ve also spent years as a musician and promoter in Cincinnati’s downtown scene—experience that sharpens my creativity and ability to read people and markets. I’m honored to say that many of my clients are creatives and business owners I’ve worked alongside through shared communal events over the years.
