About Joseph

Hello, I’m Joseph Puck McNay—a lifelong Cincinnati native and full-time real estate specialist.

Real estate is often reduced to “location, location, location.” My approach goes deeper. I don’t just know where homes are—I understand how Cincinnati actually lives, grows, and evolves. That insight helps my clients make smarter decisions, whether buying, selling, or investing.

I’ve represented a wide range of properties across the city—from high-end condos in East Walnut Hills, to adaptive-reuse spaces in Northside, to first homes in Westwood and beyond. I work with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, and investors, always with a focus on strategy, value, and clean execution from contract to closing.

Before real estate, I spent years organizing over 2,500 events across Cincinnati—including work with 3CDC at Fountain Square and Washington Park, along with venues throughout Downtown, Clifton, and Northside. Today, I co-host “Nati Know-It-All” at Arnold’s Bar & Grill. That level of involvement has given me a real-world understanding of neighborhoods—how people live, where they go, and what drives demand.

I also bring a background in home building, renovation, and design, which helps my clients look beyond surface-level features and evaluate properties with a sharper eye. Whether it’s identifying value opportunities, preparing a home for market, or navigating inspections and negotiations, I stay focused on outcomes that make sense financially.
