I looked at various Real Estate firms in the Treasure Coast area in 2013 and called Mr. Melanson, as his profile showed his many years of experience in the local area. Although I wasn't yet positioned to buy for two years, Joe gave me an accurate idea of the market in this part of Florida and what would be needed for a home purchase. During the two years between my first contact with him and my home purchase, I checked back every few months and he answered my questions. He didn't dismiss me or not reply given my time frame - this showed me how professional he is. When I was ready to buy, I contacted him again in mid-2015. He guided me to a lender who quickly had me approved in my price range. He recommended only the best services to make sure that all phases of the home buying process went smoothly. Joe researched the inventory of homes in my range and with my input, focused on my options for home I needed. Once I made an offer on the home I purchased, the process went smoothly and even the speed bumps were quickly negotiated. Mr. Melanson has not vanished since the final signing and closing. He's made himself available to provide his best recommendations for local vendors and contractors after the fact. Joe Melanson is sincerely the best Realtor of the dozens I've met or worked with, going back to my first home purchase in 1977.

We were looking for an ocean front condo in the Jensen Beach area. Joe was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Joe has lived and worked in this area for many years and knew all of the associations very well. Joe was able to point out the pluses and minuses of the various properties that we were interested in. Joe was very patient and didn't push us to make any offers just to close a sale. Joe also does a terrific job with the descriptions and pictures of his own listings. That's what attracted us to call him in the first place. So many realtors seem lazy and barely write any description of a property let alone displaying many pictures. Joe previewed properties and took additional pictures and sent them to us. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Joe again and wouldn't even consider working with anyone else. Joe is a terrific agent.
