Joseph Orazi

With more than 45 years in manufacturing, insurance, financial planning, marketing and communications, Joe brought his diverse background into real estate 14 years ago. Since then, he has grown his personal business. He is a perennial NJAR Circle of Excellence award winner, was the NJ Realtors Good Neighbor for 2016 and Ocean City's Realtor of the Year for 2019. He operated as General Sales Manager at Weichert Realtors, the Asbury Group, Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Casa Bella Realtors and now Broker Associate at Long and Foster Real Estate in Ocean City, NJ. Joe is President Elect of the Ocean City Board of Realtors and chairs the Technology Committee. He holds the Resort and Second Property Specialist designation. Joe recently partnered with Chistine Ecker, who brings exceptional marketing skills to their relationship. In addition to real estate, Joe is an accomplished writer. His plays have been produced throughout the US, he is a former Pennsylvania Playwright Fellow, he has written for TV and film and has won Telly Awards and the Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary at the New York Independent Film Festival. His novel, L'America, has received international acclaim. Joe and his wife, Kathy, have been married more than 46 years.
