Joseph Perriello

Joseph Perriello has been a Minnesota resident of the Twin Cities since 1999. Currently he resides in Eagan with his wife and daughter. He’s a firm believer that creating meaningful relationships with his clients is essential to helping understand their needs and build trust.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both buying and selling real estate. Navigating real estate is not the same for everyone, they need a detail-oriented agent clients can trust to guide them through their real estate experience. Joe graduated from Andover High School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University in Saint Paul, MN. He has been a top producing agent who’s won multiple awards since my start in 2013.

At Compass, his role is to help clients find their perfect place in this world. He does this by sitting down for an initial consultation where he takes the time to truly understand a client’s needs and what their goals are. They then work together setting a path that leads clients to a successful closing and their dream home.
