Highly recommend working with Robert Scaccia for selling your home!

We had to relocate out of state with very short notice and enlisted Rob's expertise and help to sell our home in Long Island. Rob was extremely professional and very responsive throughout the whole process, even though we were selling the home from a different state. Definitely recommend Rob & his team to others.

I worked with Rob Scaccia on my first home purchase. He was professional, responsive, diligent and warm. He quickly identified what our ideal home would be and made it happen. I think an important aspect of working with an agent is they be dedicated and available- rob always was prompt to respond to calls and texts with any questions that came along during the process. Once going with Rob, you will know you have picked the right agent.

After a couple of months of no responses from multiple agents and agencies, I happened on The Island Team, Rob Scaccia, specifically within 5 minutes of clicking the submit button, I knew I finally found my agent. My experience with Joe Salemi has been nothing short of phenomenal. Joe started out as a realtor I connected with for a rental property that I saw online. He was so efficient and wonderful to work with, I asked him to be my realtor to find a home here on Long Island.
I had moved out here from Connecticut and didn’t know much about the area, so I put my trust in him to help find me the right home.
Not only did Joe help me find a beautiful home that I am so in love with, but through the many communications we have had, he became family. He goes above and beyond not just in his role as a realtor, but because he wants to be as helpful as he can be in every way.
Joe is my go-to guy for everything. I’m a single woman/first time home owner, and I don’t know the first thing about many home related things. It has been a huge comfort knowing Joe is always there if I need him, for any questions or help with anything. If he is able, he gets back to me with the information I need within minutes. He even came over in the middle of his dinner because I had an emergency. I’m telling you these things not to ruin dinner for him every time someone has an emergency, but because these things just show what a genuine person he is- and one that you will be truly happy doing business with.
Joe now has my business for life and is the person I always recommend if friends or family need to find property. I guarantee you will have an amazing experience working with him.
