Joseph Schmidt

Joe Schmidt has lived in Somerset County (Bedminster) for the last twenty years and was born and raised in Jersey City, he is the youngest of nine children! Because of this, family is extremely important to him and nothing makes him happier than helping families find their next home. Whether it’s their “starter home”, “retirement home” or anything in the middle, his goal is to find them exactly what they are looking for, for the best price!

Real Estate is actually his second career, he recently retired after thirty-two years as a public school educator. His entire family has been in public service either as educators, police officers, and/or social work. As a veteran educator, he knows how important a good school system can be in the decision to buy a house and he has the expertise to ensure they choose a home in the best town for their specific family’s needs.
