Joseph Siemienowski

Mr. Siemienowski has over 30 years of successful Real Estate experience in San Diego County & is Co-Founder of the Incentive Group. The Incentive Group consists of active Apartment Brokers who participate in a large portion of apartment related transactions each year (within San Diego County). Joe has developed trusted partnerships throughout the community, some of which have lasted the duration of his career.

He has coupled a working understanding of the marketplace with consistent & persistent work ethics & an emphasis on timely communication. His interests involve direct oversight of Brokerage related activities & operational management of services necessary to fulfill the requirements of investors looking to acquire, sell, or exchange & manage investment real estate.

His life long interest in the performance arts originated as a participant & fan and has more recently led into the areas of philanthropy. He can frequently be found playing paddleball, racquetball & tennis. Joe is married & is raising his teenage son & daughter with his wife Irina. Mr. Siemienowski holds an MBA from USD & a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius College.
