Joe Wahl has been a licensed Realtor® in Minnesota specializing in Southwest Minneapolis and the surrounding suburbs since 2002. He is a lifetime resident of Southwest Minneapolis, giving him exceptional neighborhood knowledge and genuine homeowner insight about the Twin Cities market. Joe and his wife, Anne Shaeffer, were two of the first agents recruited to join Lakes Sotheby’s in 2006 and are regularly ranked in the top 2% nationally in real estate sales volume.

He and Anne reside in Linden Hills and love spending time taking advantage of the myriad of bike trails, paddle boarding, golfing or just hanging out near the lakes.
