Joseph Witt

Graduating from the University of Washington, School of Business in 1999, with a degree in Marketing and Management, Joseph immediately recognized his passion for real estate and followed that passion with complete commitment.

Over the past 20 years he has had the honor of being part of several hundred sales and has built his business on a foundation of trust and a commitment to providing every client with the highest level of service, integrity, and professionalism.

Joseph’s goal is to be your real estate resource for life. He wants to be the professional you recommend to your friends and family. His business is almost 100% referral based because he takes pride in his work and strives to exceed every client’s expectation.

In 2018 Joseph proudly partnered with Davis Hsu as Co-Founder to create Radius Properties. The same commitment to service, integrity, and professionalism that has guided his career is the life blood of the company and extends to every agent they bring on board and every sale that goes through their office.

Joseph has been remodeling houses with his father since he could walk. In 2004 he met his wife, Nadine. Together they have a son, Jonathan, which is his absolute pride and joy. Joseph’s family is his motivation and inspiration daily. He enjoys traveling, lifting weights, yoga and has been a martial artist for over 30 years.
