Prior to getting his license and working in the Real Estate full time, he was involved in real estate for 13 years helping investors to locate value properties. He helped in locating Foreclosure, Bank Owned properties and value Rehab properties. Now he actively helps both investors and first time home buyers to find properties. Although he is not an Attorney, with his experience on some transactions, he has also assisted client's with their preliminary questions about their options in regards to their Short Sale, Foreclosures and Lis Pendent prior to working with their Attorney and making their final decision.
