I moved from northern Cal. about fifteen years ago, and it gave me a chance to "reboot" my life and my career. I chose real estate as a career path, because it allows me to use the customer service skills I acquired during a 20-year career in the retail industry. It also gives me a chance to serve the community I love. I've always been interested in real estate, and now I'm fortunate enough to do it for a living.

I was in the market to move from my current place in near Korea town. Josephine was able to walk me through the general process and timeline as far as the expectation when we can sell the unit. Through her we were able to to sell our unit within nine days. Between those nine days she was providing updates and answered any questions I had within the day.

As a first time home buyer. Jospehone found my perfect permanent getaway on the Coast. Josephine is really responsive and presented plenty of options. She was really patient and went out the way to find the hidden gems in each neighborhood.

Always in communication, quick to answer any questions. I had many apprehensions from home buying, but her knowledge of the industry put me at ease when I took the dive. Also connected me a great lender and the process couldnt have been smoother.
