I am a combat veteran for the United States Army, like most veterans we struggle on understanding how to use our VA benefits. I have my VA home loan benefit, I had no clue were to even begin, I was looking to buy a home for my growing family. When my wife and I were expecting a child I immediately went house shopping (just looking around) still having no knowledge on what to do next. But then a miracle happened we found Josephine Solorzano, Jocie made us feel really comfortable, she is very knowledgeable in her field. Jocie welcomed us with open arms, she was extremely honest and will let you know what it is, how it is and what you can do, basically give you options not like other relators that just want to sell you a house weather the house is good or in bad condition! Jocie is very familiar with all southern and northern parts of California and will tell you exactly what’s around. We started looking at different properties at the beginning of Covid-19, with that being said it was really difficult to see homes because of the new Corona virus. We were not sure how the process was going to be and if it was safe to continue seeing multiple houses with my pregnant wife. Josie answered any questions we had while keeping us safe and ensuring we were following proper safety measures, like wearing face mask and even gloves while we viewed each home. Once we viewed our first few homes we then realized how competitive the housing market really was. We had to check every few hours for any new listing being posted. We found ourselves sending her listing all hours of the day and Jocie would have appointments ready by the following day. She is motivated, dedicated and driven ensuring we would find our perfect first home for our family. We spent 6 months searching, at that time we felt defeated but with her determination, she was able to help us find our home. Our experience was exciting, scary and fulfilling. None of this would have been possible without Jocie! We are so grateful for all she has done for us. Buying a home, especially for the first time, can be very stressful. Having Jocie as our realtor really helped ease the pain. She was patient, understanding, motivational, and optimistic. We faced many obstacles through our home buying process, but just like when Jocie and I played high school soccer together, I always felt like she was on my team and defending our goal. Thank you Jocie! We love our new home!
