Best agent i had ever work, he work with me on the his own time and go show me home and house on my day off or late afternoon on the week days (not on opening day because I always work on the opening day) and he find me a home per house at the price with in my limit, also at a nice neighborhood. Josh Chen is extremely knowledgeable about not just the real estate market, also know everything related to homes - from structural to environmental issues, he give me many tips about what to look for when buying a house. I will recommend Josh Chen to my friends and family when they are ready to buy or sell.

Sold my house in Fremont with great value

My family and I started thinking about moving to Dallas, Texas for a while since end of 2021, but not until May of this year 2022 we had seriously deciced to move to Dallas, and sell our house in Fremont.
I reached out to Josh whom I have personally known and trusted as frined for many years and led him know about our plan. Josh is very professional and knowledegable in his expertise and housing market in the Bay Area. He was able to created the best plan for us and we were able to sell our house with great value, especially in such difficult time of economic down time. Josh was very reliable and trustworthy so that we handed the house to him and his team from open house to escrow/closing process. Josh and his team always kept me and my family informed via email, text messages and phone calls, so that we were able to complete all necessary tasks to close the deal. We were very happy and relieved especially when we left California for Texas before the house became available on market. Our tenants moved out on February and I decided to sell that rental property. I knew Josh in a previous real estate transaction thus I had he help me on this one. This happened when I was still away in Asia visiting family thus I had to work out with him remotely. He suggested a few options as the base of the sales strategy and provided the current market data for me to pick up the option to build the ultimate execution plan (which later proved to be a prudent one). The plan worked well and his execution was flawless. The property sales was completed on early April with a very good price that meet our highest expectations. Josh is an great expert with rich experience to help us buy our home. When we decide to pick our home in Fremont, there were very limited houses for sale. Josh suggested us to stay until the great house to show up. He also offered us a lot of choices for the house and every time I asked for his suggestion, he is always patient to answer my questions.
I know Josh is really passionate and professional for his work, also he is honest, trustworthy, not hesitate to tell you all the house knowledge details he knows.

First time was a breeze, and the second time is even more thrilled. As soon as we made a decision of going after another house, we immediately contacted Josh. Carrying over from the overwhelmingly nice experience with Josh when we purchased the first house, we did not hesitate at all about which agent we would like to work with this time. And the result once again validates our decision. like the first time, after speaking with Josh briefly about what we want, Josh started to forward us relative house listing information right away. And what I appreciate the most about Josh during that period of time is that he is very patient and always gives his very honest opinions about the pros and cons of each listing as if he was going to buy it himself. Unlike some other ones that seem to upsell each one you are interested in, in order to close the case as soon as possible. The one we ended up buying is an off-market one. It was an awesome deal for us and we would not have got it if it weren't due to Josh's exceptional skill of negotiation. In the end, both parties (seller and us) have trusted Josh's professional judgments very much and therefore the process was extremely smooth, and we closed the deal fast. So once again, we highly recommend Josh !!!

I have to say that Mr. Josh Chen is true to his word!

As first-time buyers, my husband and I had a lot of hesitation about going into the real estate market; We felt uncertain in what to expect, however with Josh Chen as our real estate agent our doubts dissipated. He was very patient with us and helped us understand the whole process before starting our home buying journey!

During the time working with him, he provided outstanding representation, he was always on time, prepared, knowledgeable, honest and look out for our best interest.
Communication was always quick and detailed. Through every step of each negotiation he was always a step ahead. He proved that he works very hard to take care of his clients. Very positive purchase experience with Josh.

My recent home purchase involved a unique situation where typical mortgage lenders would not finance the deal. Josh researched different alternative loan options for me that fit my needs. He was extremely responsive during the entire buying process and I usually had all my questions answered within minutes. He also has strong connections to general contractors, architects, and can provide recommendations for all home related services. I definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking to purchase a property.
