About Josh

Josh and his wife took their first trip to Hawaii over 13 years ago. From there it became their "go to" destination, exploring the Islands and recreational opportunities they offered. They loved the water, the land, the people of Hawai'i. Since then they've been fortunate to travel across the U.S., Europe, Central America, and Southeast Asia. In the end they fell in love with Maui, and after many years of talking about it they made Maui their home. As a transplant he understands how many factors go into making the decision to move to this beautiful place, and the challenges and obstacles that come with it. He makes it his goal to listen first, then act on his clients' needs to solve problems and make the transition as smooth as possible. He's committed to helping his clients through every aspect of buying and selling - and that means doing what he says Josh's going to do, every time. It means staying organized, making things clear, and coordinating the efforts of lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and closing agents.
