Josh Gartenbaum

He has had a passion for real estate since he was a kid and is excited that he can call it his profession. At the age of twenty he purchased his first house, and since then has and sold some, so he absolutely knows what it is like to be in the shoes of a buyer or seller. With that firsthand experience over the past 12 years, he brings a passion and enthusiasm for matching the perfect house on an individual basis.

Diligence and reliability are qualities that he felt were important in each realtor he worked with, not to mention likeability. For the 5 years prior to his getting into real estate, he has worked to develop and hone those skills as she built and ran a successful Executive Search firm. CEOs of companies large and small counted on him to ensure she helped make the best possible match between candidate and company as well as to negotiate their complex compensation packages. The key to his success was to listen and understand what their needs were.

Originally from Ohio, he moved to Portland in 2007 knowing this was home. Married in August of 2013, their family now lives in Happy Valley.
