About Josh

Prior to joining Snyder Donegan, Josh ran a successful general contracting business for over 20 years, working with and for clients from Nantucket, Maine, New Hampshire, and Ireland. Through that business, he developed an extensive network and cultivated countless client relationships, lending to him a keen understanding of the real estate market and client needs. The local connections that Josh has made benefit the buyers and sellers that work with him.

An avid traveler, he has explored Europe extensively while also visiting Australia, Central America, and Asia. As a native of Hanover–his parents were teachers in the Hanover school system– and graduate of the University of Vermont, he has a deep knowledge of and connection to the people and places of Vermont and New Hampshire, particularly of the Upper Valley, where he and his wife, Clair, raise their children. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and the many other recreational offerings in the area. Josh has been a part of the local soccer community, both coaching and playing.
