I was looking for a new home and getting frustrated with Mandy Management who would take seemingly forever to approve my application.

That's when Josh came to my rescue.

He showed me a nice studio, offered me a lower rent than expected, and helped me move in the same day.

Several days earlier, when I went on a few tours with him, he was patient with me and answered all my probing questions honestly.
