Josh Kumar is an energetic individual who is dedicated to learning more about his field and partner fields, personal growth, and his impact on the community. Josh's number one personal goal is to always have a positive mindset and tries to help spread this to everyone he meets. He loves spending time with family and friends, and he is an avid golfer.
This summer - Josh checked off a bucket list item when he played a round at Pebble Beach with his dad; Josh can confidently say it was one of the best days of his life. Josh has been a resident of the greater Lake Tapps area for the past 28 years and have tried to positively impact his community in a number of ways. For 10 years, Josh was a major high school and collegiate fundraiser for November and raised $30,000+ dedicated to men’s physical and mental health. Three years ago, he started spearheading his own local fundraiser by running a jacket drive in partnership with the Auburn Food Bank. Every year since they started operations, they have been able to bring warm jackets (among other wintry weather items) to 700+ families in their community. Him and his wife Shelan are currently undertaking a duplex remodel in downtown Sumner, and while it’s been a really fun and eye-opening project - He'll likely stick to selling real estate versus flipping homes.

Real Estate has been part of Josh's family for a combined 70+ years, and he is proud to have started in the industry young. He has always been a numbers guy, so he operates in statistics, ensuring he's up to speed with the market through data analytics and continued industry research. As Josh is entering his sixth year as a Real Estate Agent and have recently been nominated and selected as one of 55 Rising Agents, beating out 25,000+ other nominees in Washington state. Josh is certified in the client-centric program Ninja Training. Throughout his first six years, he has worked at multiple new construction sites as a site agent. Josh worked with first time home buyers who are new to the process, to local real estate industry leaders - and have made sure to provide every client and partner with a Five-star experience.
