Josh Leite

Josh Leite is responsible for maximizing value across the entirety of the company’s assets under management. He directs all aspects of the company’s operational portfolio, including building/tenant management, accounting duties and financial reporting. Mr. Leite maintains a streamlined, Class-A portfolio that reflects the company as well as each building, while striving to create as much value as possible. His respectful approach and unrivaled responsiveness ensure projects remain on track and within budget.

Prior to joining Pacific Industrial, Mr. Leite worked as a property manager for Tiarna Real Estate, a third-party property management company. In this role, he managed tenant relationships, building improvements, cash flow and annual budgets for a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet throughout Southern California.

Mr. Leite graduated from Azusa Pacific University with both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a MBA. During his college career, he played on the intercollegiate baseball team, which included a season in Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Leite lives in downtown Long Beach with his wife.
