Originally from Atlanta, GA, Josh now calls Florida home. Prior to entering Real Estate, Josh was employed as Director of Operations in New York City with a tech company and then later in Tampa in the event industry. Living and working in Manhattan he enjoyed his time running a business in a challenging environment. His experience with contract negotiations within the business industry has translated well to Real Estate. Based primarily in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, Josh's Real Estate career started in new homes sales with a local builder. With this knowledge and experience he enjoys working with some of the top builders in the state. Josh is hard working, resourceful, and trustworthy. He is research and data driven, and his clients can always count on him being well prepared. Because today's market is fast paced and ever changing, Josh's goals are to provide each of his clients with the most responsive and effective real estate services available.
