We were looking to move from WA sate To South Carolina and looking for all realtor, we were given Josh Minico’s name as a good reliable Realtor! As you can imagine this could have been a very stressful time and so many things could have gone wrong. We found a house on line and Josh was amazing he did a video walk thru for us held our hands explaining every step along the way. He made sure we had all the necessary inspections done and kept us informed of what was going on. There was a 3 hour time difference and I would call forgetting it was late in South Carolina but he was always so kind and gracious. The day we arrived in SC he met us at the house and then took us to sign paperwork. We had our keys the same day. He made our move across the country seamless! He was the calm in the storm. Thank you Josh!!!!!!!!

Our entire experience with Josh Minico was a positive one. I don’t like pushy realtors who try to talk us into something we don’t want, and Josh isn’t this way at all. We appreciated his easy-going manner and how he paid attention to what we were looking for and helped us evaluate the pros and cons of particular houses.

We had to find a home within a particular time frame, and Josh made himself readily available – day and night - to show us a slew of houses. He efficiently and professionally followed up on our questions and concerns. On more than one occasion he went above and beyond to assure that our needs were met. Despite the pressure of the time crunch, we enjoyed the process and with Josh’s help, found a new home that we love.
