JOSH MOSS

Josh is a Georgia native, having been born and raised in Oconee County, a suburb of Athens. Upon graduating from Oconee County High School, he pursued business management at Kennesaw State University. Growing up surrounded by real estate, construction, and development—his family's business—provided Josh with extensive exposure to the ins and outs, and difficulties of the industry, igniting his life's passion.
A licensed REALTOR® since 2003, Josh officially joined the family business as a project manager in the same year. In this capacity, he took on the responsibility of overseeing custom builds and spec homes for clients throughout the state. His role extended to managing the construction of properties and representing the sales of numerous homes in Athens, the North Georgia Mountains, and the Georgia lake country.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Josh finds joy in spending time with his family, dogs (he proudly identifies as a Boxer dad and harbors a mild obsession for the breed!), and friends. Committed to maintaining his health, he works out and trains at The Training Room. A certified yoga instructor, Josh also boasts a background as a professional dancer, a detail that adds a unique facet to his persona.
Although born in the Athens area, Josh frequently considers the North Georgia mountains as his true home, having spent much of his childhood and adulthood there. During the summer months, he can be found on the Hiawassee River or Lake Chatuge, engaging in activities such as camping, kayaking, and canoeing—anything that allows him to embrace the outdoors.
Recognizing that the purchase of a home is a significant investment, Josh approaches his role with a deep sense of responsibility. His extensive experience in the field, coupled with his expertise in areas like Midtown, Grant Park, and Summerhill, sets him apart. As a current resident, he leverages sought-after skills for various real estate needs. Josh is known to genuinely devote himself to his clients' search and investment, making it a personal goal to ensure their experience is both enjoyable and profitable.
