Josh Mudd

Josh Mudd is the President of Clark Ventures. Mr. Mudd joined the company in 2013 after an eight year career with McWhirter Realty Partners of Atlanta where he led development of numerous office and medical office properties. He is an Atlanta native, a graduate of Furman University, and recipient of an MBA degree from Emory University.

At Clark Ventures, Mr. Mudd has been a key player in the underwriting and acquisition of 2,000 multifamily units valued today in excess of $250m. He has led value-add initiatives in excess of $25 million dollars on those properties. Renovation efforts under his purview have included ground-up construction projects as well as more standard interior unit rehab programs.

In addition to his role as leader of development/construction initiatives, Mr. Mudd coordinates with our property management professionals to establish our rental rates, marketing tactics, cap-ex plans, etc.
