Josh Mudd

Josh Mudd oversees all aspects of the company, including asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Josh has been a key player in the underwriting and acquisition of over 3,000 multifamily units, and has led value-add initiatives in excess of $50 million dollars across the portfolio. These initiatives include apartment renovations, new amenities, as well as entitlements and construction of additional density on existing assets. Josh manages the firm’s longstanding equity and lending relationships, and works directly with our on-site teams to ensure they have the resources necessary to deliver exceptional experiences to our residents. Josh is an Atlanta native, graduate of Furman University, and recipient of an MBA from Emory University. He resides in Buckhead with his wife and three young children.
