Josh O'Toole

For the past 15+ years Josh has been successful in all types of sales. Door to door, lead generation, cold calls, and finding ways to get to the decision maker. He has held Sales Leadership positions, Marketing Management positions, and Regional Sales Manager positions. He is currently working at Phillips Edison as a Senior Leasing Professional . Before that he worked for Wasatch Commercial Management handling their Commercial Leasing and Marketing. Josh has also worked for KUTV/KMYU as a Sales Consultant, Internship with Marriott Hotels dealing with land acquisitions, and many other sales positions. He is a highly motivated driven person that has accomplished much throughout the years.
