Like most people in my business, I am inundated with emails and text messages from strangers claiming to have THE answer to quickly help me dominate my market or maybe simply add tens of thousands of dollars per month to my income. All are "experts". I think I know the difference between wheat and chaffe or between diamonds and zirconia. Josh and his crew are the diamonds. The only other person who offers me excellent ideas that can compare is Tom Ferry, and Josh's work is much more focused on the things I need: high level of specificty. Thanks to Josh and his crew.

I must say, Josh is probaby one of the hardest workers in the real estate space who is humble enough to help others in the industry on their journey to success. Discovered Josh on a webinar from a lender I work with. I am a realtor. He was discussing a strategy he uses to discover new home sellers. I ended up doing his paid program and rather than buying the classes I paid the extra few hundred to have him actually do a shared desktop and walk through the steps together. WORTH every penny. If you are like me, busy realtor who loves to learn new strategies, pay the extra money. I have so many educational tools I buy but then they go on my to do list and seldom to I execute in a timely manner since I'm busy helping clients buy and sell real estate. Was able to implement Josh's strategy and use tools I hadn't used before. I was sending letters from my office, printing everything out and taking hours, switched on an online letter generator I learned about from his training. Sent one round of post cards and got a seller lead (not produced anything yet but working) on my second round of letters I was able to put together a 1.25 million dollar deal that I'm double ending. Easy sale for owner since they didn't have to get ready to go to market, easy buy for buyer as no competition. Everyone is happy! Thanks, Josh!
